It is seen as an issue where it may be difficult for an individual to grow without these instruments. in order to succeed as a community teachers, administrators , etc need to ensure that non of the citizens are denied any digital access.
Digital commerce – Is basically the buying and selling of electronic goods with the focus of safeguards and the tools in certain places to assist those purchases the particular goods or making use of money in any digital platform. It is crucial for those consuming products by means of the internet to be effective consumers.
Digital Communication – the exchange of information electronically. Through the use of technology people within our century are able to communicate certain messages from a distance and at any time by means of e-mails or texts. Individuals are also able to share their thoughts to others in order to understand the message. It has been concluded that students can find a way through technology to find their voices and express themselves.

Digital Rights and responsibilities – These are the requirements and freedoms applicable to everyone within the digital world. within this element, students are helped to understand that when they are provided with opportunities they need to be willing to help other individuals such as adults engaging any problem within the net. It is important for any participant of the electronic world to understand that rights must be addressed, discussed, and understood.
Digital Health and Wellness – Refers to the physical and psychological well-being in the digital world. There are certain problems that one can come across more especially within the digital platform, such as: eye problems, repetitive stress syndrome, and sound ergonomic practices. These issues need to be addressed in the newly developed technological world. It is also important that users are informed about these issues that inherit danger to their everyday lives. It is also stated that positive citizens involve culture where digital users are taught how to protect themselves through education and training.
Digital Security and privacy – is the electronic precautions to guarantee safety. When making use of these devices in schools or homes, one has to understand and be aware of attacks which can occur on the digital platform. it is crucial for an individual to learn and have a greater understanding of how to prevent these attacks for today and the near future.
